Main aim of the charity

The main aim is help young people to become in leaders and they can get new opportunities in the world, out of the problematic communities, the foundation try to get donation in companies,or entities no public. Also in the communities they make actividades like garage sales in vey low prices, so people from communities they can get new things like clothes in prices very low, and the foundation can get some extra money for ours programs, so we can continue supporting young people and children with that money

How the employee got involved and why

When I was 16 years old, I met the foundation, "Nino y la bola" the boy with a ball, It's a organization that help poor kids, and young people in difficult communities, I was neighbor from "Los cuadros" One of the poorest and problematic towns in Costa Rica, I was a guy with problems, with a lot of problems, but they helped in difficult moments in my life, Now I help others in my community.

What work does the employee do for charity?

My work its be a leader. I am leader in my community. we work with children every Saturday given them academy support , we call "Tutorias", we work in two communities "los cuadros" and "El triangulo" they are very dangerous communities with problems about gangs, drugs, prostitution and violence, Also I have a group of teenagers, from Los cuadros, its a group of friendship, support and inspiration. Its very interesting what is inside in the hearts of them
