Main aim of the charity

My aim for this charitable cause is to save the life of my daughter. For her to have funds for kidney transplant operation. So that she can enjoy a happy life - injections free.

How the employee got involved and why

I'm submitting this entry for my 12 year old daughter, Ayesha Ayson in the Philippines. She has been battling with Chronic kidney disease since February 2018. I want to win so that I can fund her kidney transplant operation. As a mother, I will do everything to save her and this DHL GOT HEART competition is my opportunity to raise more funds for her operation. She has been in and out in the hospital since February. And as of today,today Aug 9 2018 is her 39th day in the hospital. She already had 2 operations.

What work does the employee do for charity?

I have been selling homemade cookies and selling Shirts for a cause. Every penny Im saving it for her operation.
