Main aim of the charity

The main aim is: First: to collect old clothes to bring direct or send to Kenya and distribute to the people in need Second: support children that cannot afford to go to school, and help by donate pencil, pen and notebooks. Third: help to buil watertank/water weel

How the employee got involved and why

"Once upon a time in 2010 an italian woman decides to move to Kenya for job and she felt so happy to live in that amazing country but soon she realized that there was too many people in need, especially kids." This was the beginning. I start to promote my cause in the easiest way by speaking with the tourist on holiday in order to leave medicine, old clothes and the unnecessary with me before coming back home and I did the same once back to Italy with my own clothes. I feel really grateful for that experience because now I'm a better person and my heart always smile when I'm able to help my second home.

What work does the employee do for charity?

I collect old clothes, shoes, small toys an school necessary in my region, I manage my own website"Vestiamo l'Africa", the social page( when I have time) and I prepare some handmade articles to collect money for our cause. With "Vestiamo l'Africa" we distribute what we have received but also we want to build a water tank or maybe well water, we help also some kids to go to school.
