How the employee got involved and why

Always had passion for music , my Mum spent her last year in a home before she passed away, I wanted to give something back and bring a little joy and happiness to the elderly.

What work does the employee do for charity?

When I can I go to the old folks homes and paly my music for them to dance and enjoy themselves.

What impact would winning have on the charity?

I think it shows give a little and you get something back, it will also highlight the importance of looking out for the elderly.

What impact would winning have on the employee?

Pride , it would be great to win and shows what I have loved doing over the year helps and motivates people.
