Main aim of the charity

"Be Aware And Share" (BAAS) was founded in September 2015 in Basel (CH) as an independent charitable organization. Against the backdrop of the European refugee crisis, they stand for social integration and the building of cross-cultural relationships. The main aim was in the area of food supply, first aid and emergency support for arrivals. It grew also into educational needs. They have build community centers in Greece (Chios, Athen & Samos) and in cooperation with another organisation in Kenia (Barnabas), were they also provide personnel and financial support.

How the employee got involved and why

A part of the music video for the original charity song was filmed in our record store, where friends were involved as musicians. After I got known the impact they reach with their charity work, I have produced a 7" vinyl with two remixes of the original song to support those projects.
