Main aim of the charity

Their mission is: "Plant the seed of laughter throughout Paraguay" The objective of the foundation is to extend the work of the "hospital to hospital" and that in every corner of our country there are more people who wish to make this volunteering from the heart CARRYING JOY TO THE HOSPITALS. of stimulation to the hospitalized patient, in this way prepare more "Doctors of laughter" 

How the employee got involved and why

As a child my parents taugth my the value of solidarity and love to anyone who needs it. When I was 15 years old, my older sister was diagnosed with cancer (Hodgkin's lymphoma). We’ve been through that difficult situation with my family and then I found ''Dr. Payasonrisa", I felt very identified and happy with the purposes they have not only with the patients but with the familys, the environment that should be the motivation to make it more bearable.

What work does the employee do for charity?

The "Payasonrisa Foundation" focuses on the health field and are inspired by the life of Hunter Doherty "Patch" Adams. The Foundation" started 8 years ago with 3 people and currently there are more than 650 volunteers covering 3 cities. We as volunteers donate our time and resources to achieve compliance with all visits. Humanization workshops are also held for health personnel and doctors.
