How the employee got involved and why

I started volunteering with Family Promise (IHN), about 8 years ago, through my church and fell in love with the program and the families who were participating in it. The program takes in homeless families and provides meals, transportation, job search assistance, daycare, training, and lodging.

What work does the employee do for charity?

I provide meals, transportation, spend quality time with the families in the program and stay overnight as a host. I also support by providing donations collected by members of my church.
