Main aim of the charity

to improve the lives of children and young people that don't have chances like other families due to money or situations. This will gain the children to learn great skills and qualifications to get a head in their lives.

How the employee got involved and why

I got involved with the Maldon Sea Cadets when my children attended , and that was over 10 years ago. I became chairman for many years. You see a massive change in children and seeing how they grow and gain qualifications to secure their future. Teaches them respect, loyalty, self-confidence, commitment, self-discipline, honesty. They provide Btech , and sailing qualifications.

What work does the employee do for charity?

I was a volunteer for 5 years, then chairman for 4 years , and now I work at DHL I have dropped to volunteer again. I helped with competitions and trips and courses.
