How the employee got involved and why

The school always have flooded from June to August causing childrel could not go to study and the school close until flood released.

What work does the employee do for charity?

School director has requested to office of education but no fund to support and have requested to Japan organization they supported US$700.00 not enough but fund is limited so villagers have to share but impossible then director called for donators so I shared my pocket money for refilling the land up to 0.70CM so that children can study during rainny season.
