How the employee got involved and why

When I move to a new neighbourhood and realized that no one came over to say 'hello'. I decided to do something about it. Through conversation with some of my neighbours it became clear to me that some people in the working class are struggling in silence and so I decided to do something about that as well. Furthermore, when I did visit African with my family and saw the destitution of the drug addicts and the lack of support to set up a rehabilitation program for them I decided to do something about that too. Finally, as a public speaker, I visited a remote school in Ghana to inspire the school to take their learning seriously but immediately became aware of their plight and decided to do something about that as well.

What work does the employee do for charity?

Run the day to day administration and management of the charity. Plan and delegate the collection and distribution of food stuff to those within and around our local community. Organise the shipment of clothes and school supplies to a remote school in Ghana to keep the children in school.
