Kutlo lost her mother when she was young and was raised by her grandmother. She now wants to help other children without parents, so she volunteers for the Kgothatso Orphanage. The orphanage mostly houses children whose parents have died from AIDS or have been separated from their biological families. Along with some of her DHL Express colleagues, Kutlo buys much-needed groceries and delivers them to the orphanage, she also checks up on the welfare of the children.

Kutlo believes that children are the future and she is taking care of the future.
