Ibrahim grew up near an area called Khokrapar, a place that lacks electricity, water and financial stability. Many children here are forced to leave school early to help support their families. Having had the advantage of a good education himself, Ibrahim set out to create educational opportunities for the young people of Khokrapar.

He volunteers his time each week to teach topics like English and Computing that help build their confidence for the future. Since he began 15 years ago, he has helped hundreds of children. To help solve the community’s energy needs, Ibrahim is also supporting a drive to buy solar panels.
