How the employee got involved and why

I had visited this orphanage couple of times and I wanted to help them in any possible mean. For me volunteering work is a rewarding but very challenging to do due to our country's situation. But the desire in my heart is high and the challenges didn't stop me from helping. Every time I see and meet these poor little ones, my heart tells me to help and provide them everything that I can possibly give.
