Their goal is to give kids with an disability the chance to play and have fun just like other kids of the scouts

How the employee got involved and why

I have a daughter with downsyndrome and autism and we were looking for some hobbies for her. A friend told us about this group so we tried it once. It was amazing....she couldn't speak yet but when we picked her up on the first time she had such a big smile . That was for us a good sign so now our Luna is a member for 7 years already.

What work does the employee do for charity?

When they organize events to raise money for the camps and daytrips, then I like to help out by serving or do dishes or clean tables or wathever is needed at the moment. For example they have a special pancakeday , a tosti day , a kubb-tournament.
