How the employee got involved and why

I came here (Paraguay) as a Young International Specialist. I was looking for a volunteering and that's how I met "Apoyo Escolar" one year ago, through the internet . When I met "Apoyo Escolar", it definitely brought back memories of a vulnerable stage of my childhood, where only education changed my life. "Apoyo Escolar" is the means to change the lives of these children with opportunities for all in order to have a better society .

What work does the employee do for charity?

I'm a volunteer teacher of mathematics and reading comprehension for children in Paraguayan communities. We help them and reinforce with their school class every weekend during 03 hours. Due of the pandemic we are teaching virtually and by this way we help to combat a national educational problem.
