How the employee got involved and why

I started with them in November 2019 and the cause was that i always help people in my community and help the needy school student so i followed them on social media and became their member. Because they always have plenty people to help.Our web site is beinghelpinghandsfiji.com

What work does the employee do for charity?

VISION FOR MY GROUP IS "VISION IS TO BUILD A SOCIETY" My groups name is BEING HELPING HAND FIJI.We support all needy and genuine citizen of Fiji.Children with disabilities are one of the most marginalized and excluded group in society.Facing daily discrimination in the form of negative attitudes,lack of adequate policies and legislation,they are effectively barred from realizing their rights to healthcare,education and even survival .They are often likely to be among the poorest members of the population .they are less likely to attend school.Their disabilities also place them at higher risk of physical abuse ,and often exclude them from receiving proper humanitarian assistance in emergencies.We reach out to the most vulnerable children wherever and whenever they need us.We supply food to all family who are in need of groceries.We also feed 30 homeless people every Saturday.Most of homeless people are psychiatric patients in St Giles Hospital.These people are treated in mental institution and upon their release from hospital they are stigmatized and their family members do not accept them and they end up in streets.Graving for food,care and love.We distribute them with blanket,food and socks.We don't only give them food and stuffs but we also give them our time and talk and understand them as in why they are on street and what other way we can help them.
