Main aim of the charity

My aim is to feed and take care of the hungry, we have restrictions in the country true, but no one ever said don't feed the workers. They are tired, hungry, hot and they need us. Something that's an normal thing for us can be a luxury from them and its coming from DHL. Qatar has many charities but DHL can also help, the name of DHL should be there as well. Us showing interest in improving the community doesn't just show our wide hand.It gives the people of Qatar security and it gives them trust in using us and only us. Because who wouldn't like to use a product an company that helps building community as well. Lets paint Qatar yellow.

How the employee got involved and why

I started doing it to be honest when I joined DHL and when I saw how passionated was my manager Mr.Mahmoud HajHussein in helping those around, I still remember one of our meeting when he'd give us some boost speech just to keep us motivated and on track when he said that we need to give back to the community. We do enjoy stability, prosperity and well we have endless opportunity with DHL but we need to give back.

What work does the employee do for charity?

When I joined DHL I was always thinking how can I help and make my surrounding better but I never gave it a second thought. I started working for DHL when I was just 23 years old and as someone who works with a head of the company ive seen my manager supporting many causes to help the less fortunate in our country. I started buying from each salary and 500 riyal to feed the workers who work in the most highest temperatures and unberable humidity. I said to myself I have so much I need to share it.
