Main aim of the charity

The main goal is to improve the quality of life of animals and provide a home for them.

How the employee got involved and why

I started off by sheltering two turtles that couldn’t been taken care of. After hearing about it an employee of OVAM brought in another turtle that was trapped in a tube. This went on and currently I am sheltering seven turtles and my family of turtles is still growing.

What work does the employee do for charity?

I build aquariums and takes in injured turtles. I am currently building a big pond big enough for the turtles in his own garden. Together with the vzw I rescue and heal injured turtles, before giving them a new home.
