Main aim of the charity

The main aim of the cause is to give equal education to all sections of society. Hence the organization tries to work in close coordination with various volunteers to uplift the underprivileged children who are deprived of quality education.

How the employee got involved and why

Education is one of the most powerful instruments for reducing poverty and inequality. Education is equally key to enhance India’s competitiveness in the global economy. Therefore, ensuring access to quality education for all, in particular for the poor and rural population, is central to the economic and social development of India. Hamari Kaksha aims to empower women and children in poverty through access to education. We believe that we are helping create future generations of smarter, happier, and more productive citizens of the nation. We as a team, have pledged to share a percentage of our incentive (and team award for any sales program)for procuring teaching aids and stationaries for the kids. We take turns to represent the group and teach the kids in every possible week. This act of kindness gives us an opportunity to give it back to the society and ensure that we do our bit to uplift the quality of life of the underprivileged. This also gives us a purpose to do better in our daily business as this would enable us as a team to earn more and share the money with the people who needs them.

What work does the employee do for charity?

We have been involved in taking out time to teach the kids and ensure that they do well in exams. In 2021 we have been involved in conducting digital classes by providing used laptops to clusters for the kids to attend the casses
