What work does the employee do for charity?

Samsara Horse Ranch - This is an NGO that depends on visits from the general public to take care of horses that have come to an end of their racing career. This Ranch saves the animal from being killed and gives it a retirement home. They also house other animals, that have been abandoned or taken as pets but can no longer be cared for my their owner.
