What work does the employee do for charity?

Malaysia Operation Team has Facility Premier League(FPL), my facility(EKL) won for 2 month and everyone will receive MYR30/per person for per month. During this Pandemic Covid-19, my team suggested to do charity using the money that we won as many family lost their work and business impacted.
