Main aim of the charity

The Aim of this initiative is to grow the coverage of women’s concerns from National Coverage to World-wide Coverage by bringing affected Women Communities together to tackle the aspects of women struggles from different Countries, through thematic social forums, International Conferences & Workshops, publications, website, social media and email newsletters and offer relevant support through Capacity Building, Women Empowerment Programs, Project Development, Awareness raising, Litigation and Affordable Education.

How the employee got involved and why

I joined Zambia Women Climate Finance Initiative in April,2020, this is after noticing their meetings in our community. After attending their meeting I decided to offer the talent and ideas I have mainly business ventures for the women to undertake( empowerment), Women access to finance and Technology. this has been my passion to assist especially the aged women.

What work does the employee do for charity?

My voluntary work to the charity is to offer innovative entrepreneurship ideas that are given to the women to help them start and run their businesses. I am currently co-coordinating the project that is looking at empowering women in supplying of stock feed to farmers.
