How the employee got involved and why

I started both projects early June 2019, In my country we have so many death caused by lack of blood in private and government owned hospitals. I decided to be an ambassador for blood donation within my community aiming to save life within my community , and for the same year I managed to get blood donation from 125 people, contributed 125 blood bags. I am a member of WAPO Radio in Tanzania and one day when I was listening News I heard about old people who eats soil due to lack of food and most of these old women and men were dying due to lack of food. I decided to Visit them, after understating their needs, planned for fund raising which enabled to facilitate food and clothes for 35 people for three months from September 2019 to December 2019.

What work does the employee do for charity?

My charity cause activities are Blood donation campaign and fund raising for people with needs. for blood donation campaign by contributing blood to country blood bank, through organizing blood donation events within my community. preparing invitations to individuals who are ready to donate blood. Working together with National transfusion service preparing environments and place for the event, training about importance of blood donation i normal fund this event with contribution from church members . for fund raising activities i and my community members voluntary contributes every month and support people with needs i.e. clothes, food and shelters
