Main aim of the charity

SRLC that is a part of SRMD that offers service and bring joy to the lives of the undeserved sections of society. SRLC's holistic, multi-pronged community support and development programmed are powered by genuine empathy, love and care of highly motivated volunteers. SRLC constantly endeavors to deliver high quality charitable, sustainable initiatives for the welfare of mankind , animals and the environment.

How the employee got involved and why

I started in this organization when I was in grade 5. This was back home in India when I joined the organization and that was when I was involved in volunteering work and helping the community. It was until later when I can to Canada when I actually started raising funds for Canada. I was in grade 11 is when I started raising funds and helped the community. We as an organization raised fund for CN tower climb, made care packages for homeless people during winter times and handed it to them, donated food and various other causes where funds were raised by myself and the organization.

What work does the employee do for charity?

Something that I do for my charitable cause, is supporting the local community. I/we (as an organization) do this by giving back through various means such as, adopting parks and cleaning them, Organizing blood donation drives, Donating food to various food banks and many more. This is what we do on monthly basis. Even during these hard times we were able to go out and help the community in need and donated tons of PPE equipment's that helped the community and many old age homes.
