How the employee got involved and why

It is one year now sense I joined the D.E.O. I joined because I love to help people and to also gain knowledge through the training offered.

What work does the employee do for charity?

District Emergency Organization is the volunteer arm of the District Emergency Management of Barbados. I help to educate our communities during our walk through, in areas of hurricane preparedness/ hurricane tips, flooding, damage assessment, making phone call to check in with our vulnerable/ elderly persons.
