Main aim of the charity

We aim to create an intimate space where women could gather to network and share resources,inspiring each other to revive old goals, make new ones and move towards them.. Investing in your future is not only in the financial sense. Personal Development as well is the best investment you can ever make for yourself. We have been embarking on motivating, coaching and raising business women from ordinary people. This is a Project for Women by Women. Be inspired and relook at your life, if you need to network with ambitious, driven and motivated Women, look at the Queendom. Your story needs to be heard, your story can motivate somebody. We all have stories that shaped the people we are today.   Fixing each other's crowns is a way of making women become the best version of themselves.One awesome way to give back and empower others is to mentor young girls and women in your city, to be that positive support system for someone to lean on from time to time. Giving back is also incredibly rewarding and only empowers you more by giving you an increased sense of value and power, knowing you can make such a huge and positive difference in someone else’s life.

How the employee got involved and why

The Queendom Empire was launched in October 2019...and is already making waves. I was still a student at varsity in those days, I had all these dreams about what I wanted my life to be and all these amazing goals, but here I was not being able to get support,empowerment,drive and lack of resources and knowledge. When I looked around the community lot of young women had lost touch of themselves. I began to think if I feel this way ,there must be others who do too. With this linking, I then decided to start a "Women Empowerment Group called The Queendom". I wanted to create an intimate space where women could gather to network and share resources,inspiring each other to revive old goals, make new ones and move towards them.

What work does the employee do for charity?

We conduct workshops where we empower back the lack of confidence, and lack of independency. Invite successful public speakers and they share their journey , life stories and challenges have overcome. We also participate in business mentoring and coaching each individuals. . So far currently during this pandemic of Covid 19, we were able to assist some girls and women to accelerate on their current small businesses,with the help of designing suitable attractive professional marketing materials. We've seen testimonies of Baking business expanding, laundry business, beauty spa, Makeup Artists, Chicken Poultry and Vegetables businesses, Body workouts, Make Up and Skin Tips ...all of these have been achieved through the dedication of all the ladies who supported this vision, they drop whatever they do and make time to empower these women. To mention a few of my partners is : Queen Marcia Kgaphola our Accountant,Business Analyst, Queen Dineo Sibiya our Beauty & Fashion Advisor,Relationship Talks Sessions, Queen Maria an Attorney, Our Legal Advisor in terms of any legal matters. Queen Tsholo Peeters our Fitness Bunny. We have other sessions like : Mind Power, Build Relationship With God, Learn Principles of Network Marketing, Tell Your Story, Relationship Talks, How To Brand Yourself.
