Main aim of the charity

the main aim of the charitable cause is mental awareness to anything that may trigger depression stigma trauma

How the employee got involved and why

the reason as to why i took this initiative is that i battled with mental illness in my early teens which first came as insomnia then got depressed But battled it through therapy talking to someone Which i overcame . i started this initiative march 8 2020

What work does the employee do for charity

The charitable activity i have been doing is visiting young teenagers with chronic diseases that may result to mental illness, trauma What i did is that i went to one hospital( Chuk)and asked if i can volunteer cancelling young teenagers with different disabilities about depression and mental illness, trauma . mostly young teenagers tend to not recognize they are experiencing depression these are children suffering from certain chronic diseases they tend to have depression and end up ending their lives which in nowdays we have a high number of teenagers ending there lives one story from one child born with HIV and asking herself what will i be ? will i have a future such thoughts create so many things stigma, depression trauma unknowingly So cancelling such young teenagers that there is hope despite such circumstances and educating them about mental illness awareness speaking out the questions they ask themselves brings healing which is helpful the reoson as to why i took this initiative is that i battled with mental illness in my early teens which first came as insomnia then got depressed But battled it through therapy talking to someone Which i overcame . So far we meet twice in a month and talk about daily experience these are children with different problems they talk and heal then doctors intervene on whom to help . If given an opportunity to win this i would start a mental illness awareness foundation coz in Africa we have a stigma about it
