How the employee got involved and why

The knowledge that you’re helping others is hugely empowering and in turn, makes me feel happier and more fulfilled. I feel I have a moral duty to use what I have to help others. A sentiment very much rooted in my personal values and principles which I have learned from my parents and during my course of life. I think that if the extra money left with me after fulfilling my and family needs its to be given to someone one who is in need of it. Its been more than 15 years I have been donating to different organizations.

What work does the employee do for charity

I buy the food packets and hygiene products, which are donated to the needy family's by the charitable organization. Also I encourage my family and colleagues to donate for the cause. So more and more family can be fulfilled with there daily needs.
