Inclusivity & respect

Main aim of the charity

LGBT+ communities, Migrants, Indigenous peoples, women. Nowdays we offer support in the legal area, therapeutic coounseling, social workers, support with small and specific requests, i.e paying a bill, buying food, help with medicines, food for the pets, etc. and workshops. We put all our capacities, skills and knowledge to help and keep kneeting love as we like to say.

How the employee got involved and why

In Lelapp I started last year, on march. Lelapp was an idea that we had with other LGBT+ activists to help and support the LGBT+ community that was strugling during lockdown, with the time we expanded our work to other communities: Indigenous peoples, "ilegal" migrants, etc. and we decided to continue our organization to help and support all those communities. I´m part of this organization because I believe in reciprocity, human dignity and that if we all put a little effort, our society will be better and kinder.

What work does the employee do for charity

I´m a volunteer. I´m part of the team that update the social media of Lelapp and part of the therapeutic counseling team.
