To help victims defend their interests when they are threatened and defend their rights; To train victims in socio-professional reintegration trades such as: cutting and sewing, driving school, cleaning, elementary school, literacy, shoemaking, butchery, bread making, painting, etc; To finance small income-generating activities carried out by some victims of war, in particular: farming, market gardening, breeding, fish farming and small businesses; To accommodate the orphans of father and mother and the widows and all other children victims and displaced of the wars at the same
