How the employee got involved and why

i do it because in Bahrain the living situation for dogs is terrible. first of all we have the big news which happened recently of people shooting stray dogs and stray dogs here aren't treated well at all either they are hit by cars or stoned by children. many domestic dogs have been physically abused and living in horrible conditions either kept chained in the heat or starved or diseased and the owner not willing to cure. even huskies are kept in the heat, because of the mentality here people dont keep dogs in their homes and would rather keep them outside not keeping into consideration how intolerable the weather in bahrain is 45 degrees +

What work does the employee do for charity

i spend time with stray dogs in the shelter, walking feeding & buying food.
