Main aim of the charity

The “112 BIMBI”, consists of going around elementary and nursery schools and teaching kids about safeguarding and administering of basic first aid protocols. We angage children through the use of dialogue, games, and hand-on training. During the various activities children will learn how to: make and emergency call using the dedicated number 112, recognize if someone is conscious or unconscious, recognize if a person is breathing or not, check for a person’s pulse. Kids also get to see all the “secrets” of an ambulance, its equipment and the emergency backpack. All of these things put together help to prepare children for emergencies by lowering the amount of stress and fear that might occur during such events.

How the employee got involved and why

I believe anyone out there can save a life, even children. Even the smallest person can change the course of history! I'm Volunteer since 2015.

What work does the employee do for charity

I'm an Italian Red Cross Volunteer.
