Main aim of the charity

- Fight against cancer by: - raising awareness + funds - providing material support to the healthcare organizations, hospitals... - providing physical and psychological support to the sick people and their families during the cure

How the employee got involved and why

La FONDATION CANCER in Luxembourg is a major actor and partner of hospitals and sick people suffering from cancer. They provide different kind of support to raise awareness, accompany sick people and cure them; we are all concerned, unfortunately. I have started to support them as soon as I have had the opportunity thanks to DHL, as of 2018 as far as I am concerned.

What work does the employee do for charity

As a team, we support the cause via different activities: - Participation to the Run for Life (RELAIS POUR LA VIE) during a whole week-end, in March - selling of gadgets and goodies throughout the year to raise funds
