Main aim of the charity

Its main aim is color therapy and development of underdeveloped areas and provide workshops for the people to help them make a living.

How the employee got involved and why

I started about joined them about 5 - 6 years ago. I because it is very beautiful to see the smile on people's faces after we have finished painting their homes, watch the kids enjoy the playground we have installed on remote island live on, and be part of a psychological uplift through color therapy after painting areas special Olympic centers and orphanages. It just makes me happy to see people happy.

What work does the employee do for charity

I'm a volunteer in an NGO called Mashrou ElSaada and our main cause is color therapy. We usually go to underdeveloped areas and partner with other NGOs or companies to develop these areas in addition to painting buildings such as (Houses, schools, and community centers) to uplift the overall psychology of the residents of these areas. I volunteered in several aspects such as social media coverage, painting, HR - volunteer recruitment, and cleanups
