Main aim of the charity

This is a local private animal shelter and run by volunteers. They rescue those abandoned animals for different reasons, never do the animal euthanasia and even have extremity disability, old, or sick. This animal shelter will find a home for them and take care of them until they grow old. They also has made immense efforts in the educational field. To educate youngsters on the importance of caring for animals, as well as the ‘adopt don’t shop’ mentality. They also set off to kindergartens, primary and secondary schools to provide free lectures. With the ultimate goal of guiding students on how to care for both the physical and emotional well-being of animals.

How the employee got involved and why

As I am an avid dog lover and believe that each of those lovable animals deserve a home, I did visit a dog shelter 2 years ago and adopted 2 homeless dogs there. I understand we can help them, therefore, I joined as a volunteer to rescue, rehome and rehabilitate animals in need, as well as spread the word on adoption via humane education efforts.

What work does the employee do for charity

Countless giving to contribute my times of unpaid service for animals. Walking dogs, sharing sessions in schools to spread the word on adoption via humane education efforts, cleaning their wounds if need and matching the shelter pets with the right prospective adopters are just a few of the live saving efforts to these wonderful animal lovers perform.
