How the employee got involved and why

I started this year 2022. I want to help people to be saved from difficult situations in life when facing a crime. I have a chance to help people and I think I get lots of learning in personnel management from this volunteering job. It teaches me alot as a human also. Plus I get to know myself much better this way also.
