Videos must not misrepresent the charitable volunteering/fundraising activities undertaken.
Videos must not contain any material which is in any way defamatory, obscene, unlawful, harmful, offensive, inappropriate, or infringes the rights of any third party.
Entrants must not endanger themselves or others, or take any unnecessary risks in order to make their video. Participation is, however, at entrants' own risk and DHL does not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury during the filming of the video.
Videos may be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of DHL. These terms do not guarantee that a video will be used or displayed in any way.
The express consent of all people appearing in the video must have been obtained by the entrants for the video to be used for the purposes outlined in these T&Cs, prior to its uploading. In case of minors, the express consent has to be obtained from the guardian.
Entrants acknowledge that the contents of submitted videos will not be treated as confidential but may be used as set out in these T&Cs, the video consent form and the data privacy information. In regards to your submitted Content (e.g. photo, video, etc.) you grant DHL the rights to use and publish it for internal and external communication about the event and internal and external promotion of DHL according to the consent that you have provided when you uploaded your Content. Should entrants advance to the Regional Finals, DHL may film and record entrants and entrants' charitable cause and use entrants' entry or additional recordings without limitation including your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Competition, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent, unless you object.
